Children
Growing as “disciples making disciples” takes many forms at FPC-Mesa. Child and adult Sunday School classes and midweek opportunities for children, youth, and adults mix with a strong small group ministry. In and through it all, we seek to be Building God’s Family. We do this by partnering with families to promote a thirst for God, foster spiritual growth and work together to build God’s family. Our core values are: to be child-centered, to build relationships and to teach, creatively and prayerfully, in a fun and safe environment.

Sunday Mornings
Children join us during both worship services (9:00 and 11:00 Coffee House). Sunday School is available for ages 3 through adult between services, from 10:15 to 11:00, for a fun time of celebrating God’s love and growing in the Christian faith. Children can be picked up after Sunday School (11:00) in the following locations:
Ages 3-Grade 3: Jackson D
Grades 4-6: Jackson B
Mid-Week: Wednesday WRAP!
Wednesday WRAP is a mid-week program that runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and includes Bible study, worship skills (cherub choir/choristers, handbells, percussion, signing choir), service opportunities and dinner for children, youth and adults. Registration is necessary for all participants, kindergarten through adult. There is a fee of $10 for each block (6 weeks long) to cover the cost of meals. Need a WRAP registration form? Sunday Mornings
All youth of the church (and friends!) are encouraged to attend Sunday School at 10:15 a.m., taught by Anita Ramsey & Robert Harding, then hang around for the HolyGrounds CoffeeHouse worship service at 11:00 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
Mid-Week: Wednesday WRAP!
Wednesday WRAP is a mid-week, after-school program that runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and includes bible study, small group time, and dinner for children, youth, and adults. Registration is necessary. Please see the check-in table for all the information. There is a fee of $10 per six-week block. The entire church family is welcome to come to dinner at 5:40. This year's dinner cost is $3/person with children under 3 free. Thanks to all of our staff and parents who make Wednesday WRAP a positive, faith-growing experience for children and youth of our church and community. Adults
Small Groups
Small groups are at the heart of “becoming disciples making disciples” at FPC Mesa. Adult small groups meet just about every day of the week, most often in the evening. There are also many different styles of small group, including:
Study Groups - generally meet every two weeks for Bible study, prayer, fellowship and mission
Sunday School Groups - meet every Sunday morning
Service Community Groups - most often a choir or other service group
Wednesday Night Group - meets weekly during Wrap
